California Superior Court Appoints Stephen J. Donell as Receiver in Case of Garaventa v. Azari, Case# C19-02043

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2025 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Contra Costa today appointed Stephen J. Donell as court receiver in the case of Silvio Garaventa vs. Mehrzad Azari, et al., Case No. C19-02043.

Mr. Donell was appointed as Receiver to take possession, custody and control of the businesses operated by Pine Hollow Enterprises, Inc. located at 1024 Alberta Way, Concord, California 94521, a gas station and convenience store.
